Help page to ensure you receive notifications and course certificates from Excellence in Education and news from Trinity College London

Hello everyone smile

It has been brought to my attention that some teachers are not receiving messages or email notifications about a course they had  requested or a course that they are participating in.

Worse still, is when a 'Certificate of Attendance' for having successfully completed a course was dumped in the 'bin' or was interpreted as being something of a commercial nature by an email provider. This then leads to teachers enquiring why they haven't been sent their hard-earned Certificate.

Here is a short article that may help you avoid having to rummage through trash to see if you can find a certificate that your school would like to see: https://www.itworld.com/article/2716761/consumerization/how-to-make-sure-important-emails-never-get-sent-to-spam.html

And an article in Spanish just in case https://computerhoy.com/noticias/internet/como-evitar-que-correos-contacto-vayan-bandeja-spam-76161
